of the new facility in St. Lucie County and a lease agreement <br />executed with the State of Florida for the present Facility; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- <br />missioners of Indian River County, Florida, in meeting assembled <br />this 19th day of December, 1973, as follows; <br />1. That Indian River County will join with the other <br />counties comprising the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in financing <br />the construction of a replacement rehabilitation center for St. <br />Lucie County with costs to be shared as heretofore set forth. <br />2. That upon completion of said replacement rehabil- <br />itation center, St. Lucie County will lease said existing structure <br />to the State for use as a State operated juvenile detention center <br />for the four counties in the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit. <br />3. That after. January 1, 1974, all juveniles requiring <br />detention will be temporarily housed in Brevard County until the <br />St. Lucie County facility is ready. <br />4. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to Mr. <br />Oliver J.
