40 <br />0 <br />RESOLUTION No. 74-43 <br />WHEREAS, the Indian River County Tax Assessor did, in 1973, <br />re -assess all real and personal property in Indian River County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, said re -assessment has caused final approval of the Indian <br />River County, Florida, tax rate, millages, and tax revenues to become eight <br />(8) months behind schedule; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board has budgeted funds for the 1973-1974 Budget <br />of the Indian River County Health Department; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board wishes to affirm that said Budget amounts <br />will be paid when tax revenues are available: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that as soon as tax <br />revenues are available, monies budgeted by this Board for "he Indian River <br />Health Department, will be immediately paid. <br />This Resolution was duly adopted <br />on May 22, 1974. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />BY: <br />-Z&ez) a�� <br />Chairman <br />;3 <br />
