40 does hereby renounce and disclaim any right, title or interest in and to the following described public street or road, to -wit: 40 That certain street known as 133rd Avenue, being 70 feet in width, lying South of the North line of Lot 3 of Block H, and the North line of Lot 16, Block A, and that certain street known as 134th Avenue, being 70 feet in width, lying South of the North line of Lot 16, Block H, and South of the North line of Lot 3, Block J, VERO TROPICAL GARDENS, Unit 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 75, public records of Indian River County, Florida. and that the same be and is hereby vacated, abandoned, discontinued and closed and that all express or implied dedications thereon and resulting there- from are hereby vacated, abandoned, discontinued and closed. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Notice of the adoption of this Resolution shall be published once in the Vero Beach Press Journal, a news- paper of general circulation in Indian River County, and proof of publication of the Notice of public hearing, a certified copy of this Resolution as adopted and proof of the publication of the Notice of adoption of such Resolution shall be recorded in the deed records of Indian River County, Florida, as required by law. I do hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County at its regular meeting on December 4, 1974.
