t <br />RESOLUTION No. 74-45 <br />WHEREAS, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY has entered into an <br />Agreement with the CITY OF VERO BEACH to jointly finance a recreation <br />program for City and County residents, and <br />WHEREAS, said Agreement requires this Board to approve and <br />finance a program for the 1973-1974 fiscal year, and <br />WHEREAS, this Board on behalf of Indian River County and the <br />City Council on behalf of the City of Vero Beach have approved a program. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />That it approves the program attached to this Resolution and agrees to <br />jointly finance the same with the City of Vero Beach all in accord with <br />the terms of the Agreement of May 22, 1974. <br />
