40 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74-93 <br />WHEREAS, according to a request, the Clerk of the <br />Circuit Court did duly advertise and hold a tax sale on the <br />following described property, to -wit: <br />Lot 1, Block K, Pine Tree Park, Unit No. 2, <br />according to the plat thereof recorded in <br />the Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida <br />owned by Rocco J. and Eleanor Venduro; and <br />WHEREAS, there was an excess of $1,709.02 bid at <br />said sale which the prior owners are entitled to; and <br />WHEREAS, Rocco J. Venduro and Eleanor Venduro, are <br />no longer husband and wife by virtue of Final Judgment <br />of Dissolution entered May 15, 1969, in the Supreme Court <br />of the State of New York, in and for Albany County in <br />the City of New York, thus creating a tenancy in common <br />between Rocco J. and Eleanor Venduro; and <br />WHEREAS, the whereabouts of the said Eleanor Venduro <br />is unknown; and <br />WHEREAS, the said Rocco J. Venduro, also known as <br />Rocco Venduro, has appointed Pat Traylor, d/b/a International <br />Locator Service, as Agent and Attorney in Fact for receipt <br />of any funds due him by Indian River County, Florida, for <br />excess of funds received on the sale of said property set <br />out above; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners in meeting assembled this 18th day of December, <br />1974, as follows: <br />1. That the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall be and he <br />is hereby authorized to pay to International Locator Service <br />as Agent and Attorney in Fact, for Rocco J. Venduro, also known <br />as Rocco Venduro, the sum of $854.51, representing the <br />undivided one-half (1/2) interest of Rocco Venduro of excess <br />o` the sale of: <br />Lot 1, Block K, Pine Tree Park, Unit No. 2, <br />Indian River County records <br />
