RESOLUTION NO, 74-95 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />40M ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend- <br />ing changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />• = County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard; Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the follow- <br />)ing property owned by Charles A. and Thelma Y. Cleveland, situated <br />in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />From the Northeast corner of the North 1/2 of the SE 1/4 <br />of the NE 1/4 of Section 7, Township 31 -South, Range 39 - <br />East, Indian River County, Florida; run South on the sec- <br />tion line a distance of 270 feet; thence run North 79 de- <br />grees, 19 minutes East a distance of 321.3 feet; thence run <br />North 10 degrees, 41 minutes West a distance of 80 feet to <br />a Point of Beginning of the Southwest corner of the 15 foot <br />easement for ingress and egress across the West side of <br />Parcel "B"; thence run North 79 degrees, 33 minutes East a <br />distance of 151.1 feet to the West shore of the Indian River; <br />thence run North 33 degrees, 52 minutes West a distance of <br />101.49 feet to the intersection of the South right-of-way <br />line of a 40 foot private road; thence run South 68 degrees, <br />17 minutes West on said right-of-way a distance of 134.68 <br />feet to the Northeast corner of Parcel "C"; thence run South <br />27 degrees, 32 minutes East a distance of 72.15 feet to said <br />Point of Beginning. Containing 0.27 acres more or less. <br />(Being designated as Parcel "B" on unrecorded Certificate of <br />Survey of the lands known as "ROUSSEAU RIVERSHORES:" dated <br />May 8, 1963, prepared by R. D. Carter Engineering Firm, Inc., <br />Vero Beach, Florida.) <br />TOGETHER WITII the right of ingress and egress over a private <br />road. <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial District, to R-1 Single Family <br />District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and describ- <br />ed in said Zoning Regulation. <br />Effective as of January 2, 1975. <br />
