RESOLUTION No. 74-46 <br />WHEREAS, this Board desires to establish a policy on the Board's <br />printed agenda used at each County Commissioners meeting. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River. County, Florida, that the following is <br />the policy of this Board until changed. <br />AGENDA <br />1. A printed Agenda shall be prepared by the County <br />Administrator for each regular meeting of the Board. <br />2. No item will be placed on the Agenda unless the <br />request and all required background or supplementary items, <br />documents, pians, etc. are filed with the County Administrator <br />by noon on the Wednesday preceeding the regular meeting. <br />3. No Public Hearing shall be advertised, scheduled or <br />placed on the Agenda without the prior approval of the County <br />Administrator and the County Attorney. <br />4. Any item not on the Agenda may be considered and <br />action taken after motion and vote by a majority of those <br />Commissioners present approving the item to be considered. <br />62 <br />
