• <br />RESOLUTION No, 74--77 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a notice of public hearing, duly <br />and regularly advertised in accordance with law, a public <br />hearing was held in the Commission Meeting Room, Indian River <br />County Courthouse, in Vero Beach, Florida, on the 25th day of <br />September, 19743 at 10:00 o'clock, A.M. to consider the <br />advisability of renouncing and disclaiming all right of the <br />County and the public in and to that portion of 39th Place <br />extending from King's Highway (SR 505-A) to the West Right-of- <br />way of 56th Avenue; and also that portion of 57th Avenue <br />extending from the North Right-of-way of 39th Street to the <br />South Right-of-way of 40th Street; and also all utility, <br />drainage and other easements appurtenant to Blocks One, Two, <br />Three and Four of- King's Highway Subdivision, Plat Book 3, <br />Page 97, Indian River County Records, all as hereinafter <br />described; and <br />WHEREAS, after hearing all interested parties and <br />determining that the proposed action will not materially <br />interfere with the County Road System and will not deprive <br />any person of a reasonable means of ingress and egress to <br />his premises, and that the streets to be vacated are now <br />substandard and expensive to maintain, and the owner of the <br />adjacent property that is, all of Blocks One, Two, Three and <br />Four of King's Highway Subdivision, is simultaneously re - <br />platting all of said blocks and streets, (as hereby vacated), <br />into thirteen one acre lots and said blocks of said sub- <br />division, according to the 1955 plat, include ninety two <br />lots and the new plat will reduce the number of lots from <br />92 to 13, one acre lots, thereby improving population density <br />-2- <br />
