9 How many cubic yards of material will be rrmoved by <br />® dredging and what will be the disposition of the dredged <br />soil? <br />J <br />10. Reclamation: <br />a. What are the plans for reclamation and rehabilitation <br />of the area after completion of each phase of opera- <br />tion? <br />b. Give a time schedule for the completion of all <br />stages or reclamation. <br />11. Is the developer leasing the land for the mining operation? <br />If so, give every legal owner of the property surface and <br />mineral to be mined. <br />12. What provisions, if any, have been considered fo^ a program <br />for periodic inspection and maintenance of retaining dikes? <br />After the said Mining Site Plan has been completed by the operator <br />or agent of the said mining or excavation , it shall then be submitted to the <br />Indian River County Administrator's office for review; for the purpose of making <br />recommendations to the Indian River County Zoning Commission. <br />This Resolution shall take effect on November 1, 1974. <br />
