s• <br />0 <br />40 <br />RESOLUTION No. 74-84 <br />WHEREAS, RICHARD P. BOGOSIAN, Indian River County, <br />Florida,County Commissioner, after serving two terms <br />of office has chosen not to run for re-election; and <br />WHEREAS, during his terms of office he did with <br />excellence perform his duties and se'rve the citizens <br />of Indian River County with distinction; and <br />WHEREAS, he did honorably serve as Chairman of <br />this Board from January 6, 1971, to November 22, <br />1972; and <br />WHEREAS, during his terms he set a high standard <br />of performance -for those who serve in the future, was <br />devoted to creating sound, stable growth patterns <br />for the County's increasing population, was sensitive <br />to public needs, protective of the public's tax money <br />and instrumental in establishing sound planning and <br />zoning policies for the County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida on behalf of itself and <br />all citizens of the County, wish to publically express <br />its appreciation for his many years of public service. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, <br />that it thanks RICHARD P.
