<br />VHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, F.Ior.-
<br />® ida, did, after public hearing, make its final renort recommending
<br />changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Tndi.nn River
<br />County, Florida; and,
<br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
<br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a nuhlic hear-
<br />ing in relation theret o at which parties in interest and citizens
<br />were heard: Now, therefore,
<br />BE IT REVOLSED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian Piver
<br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, he chanced as
<br />follows:
<br />1. That the Zonina t+an be changed in order that the following
<br />-•> described property owned by Dormal 14. Allen & Isabelle K. Allen.,
<br />and Harold W. Allen & I'Erma D. Allen and known as 19hisnering Palms
<br />Mobile Village, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />That part of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and Government Lots
<br />4 and 5, Section 17, Tor!nshin 31 -South, Range 3c' --Fast,
<br />Indian River County, Florida, descrihed as follows:
<br />From the Nil, corner of the r74 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of flection
<br />17, Townshin 31 -South, Range 39 -East, run East along the
<br />one-half section line 1263 feet to the point of the inter-
<br />section of the one-half section line with the West right-of-
<br />way line of U. S. )Highway No. 1; thence run South 2.6 degrees

<br />1 a distance of 293.8 feet to the noint of beginning; thence
<br />continue Southeasterly on the same beginning and along the

<br />39 -East; thence run South 88 degrees 42' West along the North
<br />line of the South 10 acres of the SW 1/4 of the FF. 7"4 a dis-
<br />tance of 1050 feet, more or less, to a noirt on the West line
<br />of Government Lot 5, Section 17, Township 31 -South, Range 39 -
<br />East; thence run North along the West line of Government Lot
<br />5 to the N1,1 corner of. said Government Lot 5; thence run West
<br />and along the South line of the NE 1/4 of the S1.1 1/4 in Sec-
<br />tion 17, Township 31 -South, Range 39 -East a distance of. 362
<br />feet, more or less, to a point on the East right-of-wav line
<br />of the Florida Fast Coast P=iili-,ay; thence run NW and n'or.g
<br />the East right-of-way line of the F. E. CC. RailwaAr a distance
<br />of 940.82 feet; thence run North 72 degrees 45' East to the
<br />point of beginning; being the same lands conveyed to Mae Aker
<br />by deeds recorded in Indian River County Public Pecords in
<br />Deed Book 60, page 151 and Deed Book 61, page 303.
