RESOLUTION NO.74-22 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending <br />changes and additions to the Zoning ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />-;described property owned by John M. Parker, Represented by Jay A. <br />Smith, Inc., situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The South 250 feet of the North 750 feet of the West 5.4 <br />acres of the East 15.4 acres of Tract 16, (less canal), <br />Section 11, Township 33 -South, Range 38 -East, according to <br />the last general plat of Indian River Farms Company filed <br />in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. <br />Lucie County, Florida. Subject to easements and restrict- <br />ions of record. <br />SUBJECT to an easement for ingress and egress over the East <br />30 feet of the above described property AND TOGETHER WITH <br />an easement for ingress and egress over and across the East <br />30 feet of the West 5.4 acres of the East 15.4 acres of <br />Tract 16, (less canal), Section 11, Township 33 -South, <br />Range 38 -East, LESS the North 750 feet thereof. This ease- <br />ment runs with the land and is to be used in common with <br />other owners and occupants of the West 5.4 acres of the East <br />15.4 acres of Tract 16, (less canal), Section 11, Township <br />33 -South, Range 38 -East. <br />Be changed from A -Agricultural District to R-lE Country <br />Estate District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and describ- <br />ed in said Zoning Regulation. <br />-27- <br />
