County, FInr- <br />40 ida did after <br />public hearing, make its final report r.er_c?mmerr3i.nq <br />changes and additions to the Zoninq ordinance of Indinn rivrr <br />4 County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of. County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning I'ap, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Ilan be changed in order that the following <br />--- described property owned by Jo Bar Farms, Inc., John P. Tripsnn, <br />situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Tract 1, Section 34, Township 33 -South, Range 39 -East <br />Indian River County Records <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial District and R-1 Single <br />Family District to A -Agricultural District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and describ- <br />ed in said Zoning Regulation. <br />-29- <br />
