RESOLUTION NO. 74-29 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend- <br />ing changes and additions to the Zoning ordinance of Indian River <br />® County, Florida; and, <br />W11EREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />® changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Man, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property owned by Wellington Stevens, II, situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />All that Dart of the NW 1/4 of NE 1/4 of Section 13, Town- <br />ship 33 -South, Range 39 -East lying West of Florida East <br />Coast Railway R/W, less and except that part all ready <br />zoned M-1 paralleling the said Florida East Coast Railway <br />R/W. <br />ALSO: All that part of abandoned streets and part as shown <br />on Gloria Gardens Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 5, <br />page 53, St. Lucie County Public Records now lying and being <br />in Indian River County, described as follows: <br />1. That triangular parcel of land described as "Park" on <br />said plat lying South of Block 1 and Palmetto Place, East <br />of Block 3 and Gloria Avenue and West of Palm Avenue all as <br />shown on said plat of Gloria Gardens; <br />2. All of the abandoned right -o£ -way of Gloria Avenue as <br />shown on said Plat of Gloria Gardens; <br />3. All of the abandoned right-of-wav of Palmetto Place lying <br />East of Gloria Avenue and West of Palm Avenue as shown on said <br />plat of Gloria Gardens; <br />4. All of the abandoned right-of-way of Palm Avenue, less the <br />South 270.26 feet thereof; and the East half of the North 150.26 <br />feet of the South 270.26 feet of said Palm Avenue as shown on <br />said plat of Gloria Gardens. <br />Be changed from C-lA Restricted Commercial District, to M-1 <br />Restricted Industrial District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and describ- <br />ed in said Zoning Regulation. 32 <br />
