RESOLUTION NO. 74-30 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend- <br />ing changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida; arid, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />i <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Man, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning flap be changed in order that the following <br />-� described property owned by Pennie Starliq and Kenneth Hill, situated <br />in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Lots 11 and 12, Block E, OSLO PARK, a Subdivision accord- <br />ing to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, page 96, <br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial District to R-1 Single <br />Family District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and describ- <br />ed in said Zoning Regulation.
