RESOLUTION No. 74-31 <br />WHEREAS, this Board did establish a Budget for the opera- <br />tional expenses of the Indian River County Court,and <br />WHEREAS, the County Judge has requisitioned 1/12 of said <br />budget each month to meet the Court's expenses, which amounts have been <br />paid to the Indian River County Judge by County Warrant, and <br />WHEREAS, said Judge is presently under suspension and <br />not authorized to do any official act and <br />be paid, <br />WHEREAS, the operating expenses of the County Court must <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That <br />until the County Judge is no longer under suspension or until said office is <br />lawfully filled, the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall be authorized to receive <br />1/12 of the County Court's annual budget each month and to pay direct the <br />operating expenses of the County Court.
