40 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74-32 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, entered into an agreement with the Florida Board <br />of Forestry, in September, 1967, leasing that County property known <br />as Donald MacDonald Park to the Division of Forestry for Public <br />Recreation. <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the Indian River Board of County Commissioners <br />as owner of said property supports the construction of an elevated <br />nature trail, by the Florida Division of Forestry, for educational <br />use by the public. <br />BOARD OFCOUNTYCOMMISSIONERS <br />By: l/L G�rir �i <br />Alma Lee Loy, Chairman <br />ATTEST: EFFECTIVE May 8. 1974 <br />erk <br />
