The South 30 feet of Tract 13, Section 10, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, less any portion <br />thereof lying within the West 100 feet of said Section 10; and, <br />The South 30 feet of Tract 14, Section 10, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, less and excepting <br />the East 30 feet thereof; and, <br />The North 30 feet of Tract 4, Section 15, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, less any portion thereof <br />lying within the West 100 feet of said Section 15; and, <br />The North 30 feet of Tract 3, Section 15, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, less the East 30 feet <br />thereof. <br />All of the above as shown on the plat of Indian River Farms Company Subdivision, recorded in Plat Book 2, page 25, <br />Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. <br />This conveyance is made in consideration of Grantee's representation and covenant that responsibility for drainage <br />conveyance and discharge into Grantor's primary drainage system is always subject to a permit from Grantor to be <br />applied for by Grantee and that application for permit is the responsibility of Grantee as is maintenance, use and <br />replacement of the same by Grantee at Grantee's expense.
