emergency services equipment. It shall be LESSEE's responsibility to keep the Premises clean and <br />to dispose of all debris and other waste matter which may accumulate. LESSEE shall maintain the <br />grounds, landscaping, and parking areas in accordance with the same standards by which LESSOR <br />maintains the Airport grounds, landscaping, and parking areas. <br />ARTICLE 13 <br />ADDITIONAL, FAA CLAUSES <br />Section 13.1. Incorporation of Required Provisions. <br />The parties incorporate herein by this reference all provisions lawfully required to be <br />contained herein by the FAA or any other governmental body or agency. In the event that the FAA <br />or any successor requires modifications or changes in this LEASE as a condition precedent to the <br />granting of funds for the improvement of the Airport, or otherwise, LESSEE agrees to consent to such <br />amendments, modifications, revisions, supplements, or deletions of any of the terms, conditions, or <br />requirements of this LEASE as may be reasonably required. <br />Section 13.2. Airport Protection. <br />It shall be a condition of this LEASE, that LESSOR reserves unto itself, its successors, and <br />assigns, for the use and benefit of the public, a right of flight for the passage of aircraft in the airspace <br />above the surface of the Premises, together with the right to cause in said airspace such noise as may <br />be inherent in the operation of aircraft, now known or hereafter used, for the navigation of or flight <br />in the said airspace, and for use of said airspace for landing on, taking off from, or operating on the <br />airport. <br />LESSEE agrees for itself, its successors, and assigns, to restrict the height of structures, <br />objects of natural growth, and other obstructions on the Premises to such a height so as to comply <br />with Federal Aviation Regulations, Part 77. <br />Page 29 of 41 <br />122 <br />
