ORDINANCE NO. 2022 - <br />SECTION 8 SEVERABILITY <br />If any portion of this ordinance is held or declared by a court of competent <br />jurisdiction to be unconstitutional, inoperative, or void, such holding shall not affect the <br />remaining portions of this ordinance, which shall remain in full force and effect. <br />SECTION 9 EFFECTIVE DATE <br />The provisions of this ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the Florida <br />Department of State. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Indian River Press Journal on the day of <br />, 2022, for a public hearing to be held on the 7th day of June, 2022, at which <br />time it was moved for adoption by Commissioner seconded by <br />Commissioner , and adopted by the following vote: <br />Chairman Peter D.
