March 6. 2001 <br />EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT <br />The District Board of Commissioners of the Emergency Services District met at the <br />County Commission Chambers. 1840 25' Street, Vero Beach. Florida, on Tuesday, March <br />6.2001. Present were Caroline D. Ginn, Chairman; Ruth Stanbridge. Vice Chairman; Fran <br />B. Adams. and John W. Tippin. Kenneth R. Macht was out of town on County business. <br />Also present were James Chandler, County Administrator: Deputy County Attorney Will <br />Collins. and Patricia Ridgely, Deputy Clerk. Paul G. Bangel, County Attorney, was out of <br />town on County business. <br />Chairman Ginn called the meeting to order at 2:20 p.m. <br />14.A.1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - FEBRUARY 13, 2001 <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the Minutes of the <br />Meeting of February 13, 2001. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Stanbridge, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Macht absent) approved the Minutes of the <br />Meeting of February 13, 2001 as written and distributed. <br />March 6, 2001 E.S.D. <br />359 <br />
