A project providing for paving and / drainage <br />s <br />improvements to 6th Street from 12th Avenue to 14th Avenue and 12th <br />Avenue from 5th Place to 6th Street; hereto designated as Public <br />Works Project No. 8523, is hereby approved subject to the terms <br />outlined above and all applicable requirements of Section 11-34, <br />® <br />Indian River County Code of Laws and Ordinances. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Eggert who moved its adoption.
