Award the bid for Sod to East Coast Sod, as the lowest <br />most responsive, and responsible bidders meeting <br />specifications as set forth in the Invitation to Bid. <br />2. Establish an Open End Contract with East Coast Sod, for <br />Sod with a not to exceed amount of $90,000.00 during <br />the period December 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996. <br />Last year's expenditures were $76,977.39. <br />3.
