PR O CLAMA TION <br />HONORING JAMES W. O'NEAL ON HIS RETIREMENT FROM THE <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SER VICES, WATER DISTRIBUTION <br />WHEREAS, James W. O'Neal retires from the Indian River County Water <br />Distribution effective December 31, 2021; and <br />WHEREAS, James W. O'Neal began his career with Indian River County on <br />December 8, 1989, as a Maintenance Worker 3 in Public Works/Road and Bridge. On <br />June 3, 1994, he transferred to the Department of Utility Services as a Meter Reader. <br />He then promoted to Water Distribution as a Utilities Service Worker on October 6, <br />1995, and was promoted again to Utilities Crew Leader on February 24, 2006, where <br />he continued in that capacity until his retirement, and <br />WHEREAS, James W. O'Neal has served this County and the Public with distinction <br />and selflessness. During his 32 years of service, he was dedicated, and his work was <br />greatly appreciated by the employer, citizens, and co-workers alike; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board <br />applauds James W. O'Neal's efforts on behalf of the County, and the Board wishes to <br />express their appreciation for the dedicated service he has given to Indian River <br />Countyfor the last 32 years; and <br />BE IT FURTHER PROCLAIMED that the Board of County Commissioners and staff <br />extend heartfelt wishes for success in his future endeavors! <br />Adopted this 14th day of December, 2021. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />IND]AN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />Peter D.
