The Board issued findings of fact, conclusions of law, and an oral order which <br />was reduced to writing and furnished to the Respondents to take corrective action by a certain time, as more <br />specifically set forth in that order. <br />On November 23, 2015, this Board conducted a compliance hearing to determine whether the <br />Board's order of September 28, 2015, as amended by an Order Granting Extension, had been complied with. <br />Respondents were provided proper notice of the compliance hearing, but did not attend the hearing. <br />Based on the evidence and testimony presented at the hearing, this Board finds that the required <br />corrective action has not been taken as ordered and that there does in fact exist commercial/agricultural <br />vehicle storage, junk vehicles, and miscellaneous junk and debris in the A-1 Zoning District, which <br />constitutes the use of the property in violation of Sections 973.03(2) and 911.04(2)(C), of the Code of Laws <br />and Ordinances of Indian River County. <br />The Board's previous order, as amended, set forth a compliance date of November 20, 2015, and a <br />fine of $100 for each day the violation continues beyond the referenced compliance date. <br />IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT THE ABOVE DESCRIBED FINE IS HEREBY E"OSED <br />AGAINST THE RESPONDENT(S) for each and every day the violation exists upon or adjacent to the <br />following described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to wit: <br />Location: 13490 99TH ST FELLSMERE <br />Tax Parcel ID No. 31-37-00-00001-1359-00005.0 <br />Legal Description: FELLSMERE FARMS COS SUB PBS 2-1&2 W 2.89 A OF TR 1359, LESS <br />E 80 FT & LESS N 340 FT OF W 102.7 FT THEREOF <br />beginning November 21, 2015.
