40 <br />6/87(Resol)UTIL(Pa) <br />® RESOLUTION NO. 87- 57 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br />RESOLUTION 85-17, AS AMENDED BY RESOLUTIONS <br />86-105, AND 86--106, WHICH NEW AMENDMENT WILL <br />AUTHORIZES RATES FOR RIVERWALK UTILITIES, INC., <br />WATER AND WASTEWATER SYSTEM FRANCHISE. <br />WHEREAS, Riverwalk Utilities, Inc., notified the County <br />Utilities Department in writing, as required by Resolution 85-17, <br />Section XX, requesting the establishment of rates for the franchise, <br />and submitted justification; and <br />WHEREAS, the Utility Services Department has reviewed <br />Riverwalk's request and recommends that the following rates be <br />established: <br />WATER SER.�C1; <br />Customer Charge.........................$1.92./meter <br />Base Facility Charge .................... 5.66/ERU <br />Consumption Charge ...................... 2.10/1,000 GAL <br />SEWER SERVICE <br />Customer Charge.........................$1.95/meter <br />Base Facility Charge .................... 1.62/ERU <br />Consumption Charge ...................... 3.03/1,000 GAL <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that effective July <br />1, 1987, that Riverwalk Utilities is authorized to place in effect <br />the rates as outlined above: <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Eggert who moved its adoption.
