RESOLUTION NO. 87-65
<br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER
<br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING CERTAIN
<br />EASEMENTS IN THE ROSELAND GARDENS
<br />SUBDIVISION, LOTS 3 AND 5, BLOCK 2
<br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as
<br />described below; and
<br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves
<br />no public purpose;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
<br />County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
<br />This release of easement is executed by Indian
<br />River County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State
<br />of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero
<br />Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to Tommy .R. Douberley and
<br />Alice H. Douberley, whose mailing address is 7605 McKenzie,
<br />Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantee, as follows:
<br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right,
<br />title, and interest that it may have in the following
<br />described easements:
<br />SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND
<br />INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.
<br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by
<br />Commissioner Eggert -----____� seconded by Commissioner
