RESOLUTION NO. 87-79 <br />O <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING A <br />• CERTAIN EASEMENT IN THE ROSELAND <br />GARDENS SUBDIVISION, LOT 21, <br />BLOCK 8 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has a easement as <br />described below, and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of that easement serves no <br />public purpose, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian <br />River County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State <br />of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero <br />Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to David W. Finlaw and Nancy <br />J. Finlaw, whose mailing address is 11066 Roseland Road, <br />Roseland, Florida 32957, Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, <br />title, and interest that it may have in the following <br />described easement: <br />SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND <br />INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commis- <br />sioner Eggert , seconded by Commissioner <br />Bird , and adopted on the 28th day ofJ_u1y , <br />1987, by the following vote: <br />Commissioner Scurlock Aye <br />Commissioner Bowman Aye <br />Commissioner Bird <br />Aye <br />Commissioner Eggert <br />Aye <br />Commissioner Wheeler Aye <br />The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution <br />duly passed and adopted this 28th day of July 1987. <br />
