Customer connections have begun, and we request the <br />Board of County Commissioners' approval of the final assessment <br />roll. (See attached minutes and Resolution IV.) <br />On October 4,• 1994, the Board of County Commissioners approved <br />Resolution III, No. 94-126, for the preliminary assessment roll on <br />ANALYSIS <br />At the October 4, 1994 public hearing, the total estimated project <br />cost of $1,945,240.46 was approved by the Board of County <br />Commissioners, subject to square footage reductions of two (2) non - <br />platted parcels. The estimated preliminary assessment was <br />$1,882,795.46, with an estimated assessment cost of $0.152621 per <br />square foot. The total final project cost is $1,673,986.27, less <br />a non -assessed cost of $114,102.16, for a final assessment of <br />$1,559,884.11, which equates to a final cost of $0.128454 (rounded) <br />per square foot of property assessed. (See attached.)
