_RUE COPY <br /><TIFICATION ON LAST PAGE <br />SMITH, CLERK <br />Indian River County Library System <br />Annual Plan of Service FY 2022/2023 <br />The Annual Plan of Service is an outline of the Indian River County Library System's <br />focus of activities during the year. The plan supports the goals, objectives, and action <br />plan from the Library System's Long -Range Plan, and is supported by the Library <br />System's budget as described. <br />The major emphasis during Fiscal Year 2023 (October 1, 2022 to September 30, <br />2023) will be: <br />• Continue providing quality library services to all county residents. <br />• Continue providing comprehensive collections, both print and digital. <br />• Continue providing public computers and internet access. <br />• Continue providing technology training for the public. <br />• Continue providing cultural, educational, informational, and recreational programming for <br />all ages. <br />• Continue offering adults an opportunity to earn an accredited high school diploma and <br />career certificate through Career Online High School. <br />• Continue service to the south county area through the use of a state-of-the-art vending <br />library located at the Intergenerational Center. <br />• Continue Archive Center digitization projects to preserve local and Florida history. <br />• Continue expansion of the North County Library to provide a multi-purpose children's <br />room. <br />• Continue providing materials and information services that are responsive to the diverse <br />needs of the public and ensuring accessibility for all. <br />• Begin offering access to video courses taught by industry experts in software, creative, <br />and business skills through Linkedln Learning. <br />• Begin offering access to upgraded meeting room technology at the Main Library and <br />North County Library. <br />• Expand hours at the Fellsmere Library. <br />
