Contract Terms and Conditions <br />222209954,0 <br />Seffner, FL 33584 <br />South County <br />13000 U.S. 41 South <br />Gibsonton, FL 33534 <br />1.2.2.2. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, <br />facilities and all services necessary for, or incidental to, the performance of all work as defined in these <br />specifications. <br />1.2.2.3. The Contractor shall provide staffing at these Collections with at least two Chemists/Supervisors <br />(and one additional Chemist/Supervisor on an as -needed basis) and a minimum of seven (7) technicians. <br />At the sole discretion of the County, additional staffing shall be provided by the Contractor. Typically, <br />Contractor staff for the Collections shall be requested a week prior to each Collection. <br />1.2.2.4. Contractor personnel shall perform tasks including, but not limited to: receiving waste from <br />customer's vehicles; waste identification; segregating waste into appropriate hazardous categories; waste <br />minimization (e.g. bulking of waste; lab packing waste); shipping waste and general site clean-up. <br />1.2.2.5. Community participation at a Collection Site may exceed the Contractor's capabilities to <br />adequately service the Collection. At the direction of the County, the Contractor shall mobilize additional <br />personnel, equipment, and materials as appropriate, within one (1) hour of being notified by authorized <br />County staff. <br />1.2.2.6. The Contractor shall ensure that, all Subcontractors utilized by the Contractor for any portion of <br />the work, meet or exceed the same requirements as the Contractor. <br />1.2.2.7. The Contractor shall notify the County within 30 days when entering a consent order with any <br />environmental regulatory agencies against the Contractor or Subcontractors utilized within the scope of <br />this Contract. Notification shall be made to the Project Manager by email with a copy of such order. <br />Failure to do so could result in termination of the contract. <br />1.2.2.8. The Contractor shall provide educational information regarding the safe disposal of hazardous <br />waste to the County, other local municipalities, the School Board, various civic associations, <br />environmental groups, Small Quantity Generators (SQGs), Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity <br />Generators (CESQGs), non-profit organizations, the media and other interested residents of Hillsborough <br />County, as requested by the County. <br />1.2.2.9. The Contractor shall provide service to all County Departments and Agencies when requested <br />under the terms of this contract. The Contractor shall also offer this service at the same rates, terms and <br />conditions to Small Quantity Generators (SQGs). Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generators <br />(CESQGs), non-profit organizations, schools, churches, and other government agencies, when requested, <br />Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners Page 22 of 61 <br />
