—. 1! <br />G` <br />9/87(LEGAL)Vk/JB <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87-118 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, ADOPTING A FINAL BUDGET FOR <br />FISCAL YEAR 1987-88 FOR THE FEDERAL <br />REVENUE SHARING FUND. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County has held the necessary budget hearings as <br />provided by Florida law, has considered all expenditures set <br />forth in the budgets, and now deterines that adoption of the <br />budget is in the best interest of the citizens of Indian <br />River County; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that this <br />Board does hereby adopt the budget set forth in the <br />attachment to this resolution for the following fund: <br />FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUND <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />__ fSLS t___—____ who moved its adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Bird ____ ___ and, upon being put <br />to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Vice Chairman Margaret C.
