9/17/87.1(ldocs)LEGAL(V1)TP/la <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87- 119 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />ADOPTING AN ENGINEERING STUDY REQUIRED BY THE <br />FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATION AS <br />A PREREQUISITE FOR RECEIVING GRANT FUNDING FOF <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A REGIONAL SLUDGE AND SEPTAGE <br />40 HANDLING FACILITY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commission of Indian River <br />County, Florida, has determined that the interests of the <br />citizens and residents of Indian River County, Florida, <br />of would best be served by adopting the Engineering Study <br />required by the Florida Department of Environmental <br />Regulation as a prerequisite for receiving grant funding for <br />construction of a regional sludge and septage handling <br />facility; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that <br />the attached Engineering Study which is required by the <br />Florida Department of Environmental Regulation as a <br />prerequisite for receiving grant funding for construction of <br />a regional sludge and septage handling facility, is adopted. <br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Eggert who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Wheeler and, upon being put to a vote, <br />the vote was as follows <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Margaret C. Bowman Aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner Carolyn K.
