9/30/87(b4)LEGAL(Bnm) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87- 122 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County is applying for a <br />grant from the Florida Boating Improvement Program; and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County must formally adopt a <br />resolution designating each project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County that Joe S. <br />Earman Park is designated as a County Park; and for funding <br />purposes of the Florida Boating Improvement Program, the <br />following project phases are defined: <br />1. Phase I - Boat Dock <br />2. Phase II - Restroom Facility <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by <br />Commissioner I3irS1____�__ and seconded by Commissioner <br />Wheeler —A and, being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Don C.
