9/30/87(b4)LEGAL(Bnm) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87-123 <br />® WHEREAS, Indian River County is applying for a <br />grant from the Florida Boating Improvement Program; and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County must formally adopt a <br />resolution designating each project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County that the <br />MacDonald Park boat dock reconstruction project is <br />established so as to be eligible for funding by the Florida <br />Boating Improvement Program. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by <br />Commissioner BiTSL_______ and seconded by Commissioner <br />Wheeler __ and, being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Absent <br />Vice Chairman Margaret C. Bowman ALL— <br />Commissioner <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br />Commissioner Gary C.
