i <br />10/14/87.1(Reso)LEGAL.(Vk)TP <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87- 128 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />ADOPTING UTILITY STANDARDS FOR ALL WATER <br />AND SEWER CONSTRUCTION PERMITTED BY <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County operates a water and <br />wastewater system in Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Utility Ordinance creating the Utility <br />Department requires that all utility construction be <br />performed to certain standards, as the standards may be <br />amended from time to time; and <br />WHEREAS, the consulting engineers for the County, Camp, <br />Dresser E McKee, under direction from the County, have <br />revised the County Utility Standards and have recommended <br />that they be used for all future utility construction; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />1. The attached utility standards entitled "Indian <br />River County Water and Wastewater Utility Standards, May, <br />1987," are hereby adopted as the County Utility Standards, <br />replacing all others; and <br />2. The Division of Utility Services is authorized to <br />charge a fee of $10.00 for each copy of the Standards. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Wheeler__ who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner _F99ert__ and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Margaret C.
