r7 <br />This Bond shall not be deemed to constitute a debt, liability or <br />obligation of the Issuer or of the State of Florida or of any political <br />subdivision thereof, or a pledge of the faith and credit of the Issuer or of <br />the State of Florida or of any such political subdivision, but shall be <br />payable solely from the Revenues. The Issuer shall not be obligated to pay <br />this Bond or the interest hereon except from the revenues and proceeds pledged <br />therefor, and neither the faith and credit nor the taxing power of the Issuer <br />or of the State of Florida or of any political subdivision thereof is pledged <br />to the payment of the principal of or the interest on this Bond. (The Issuer <br />has no taring power.] <br />All acts, conditions and things required by the Constitution and laws <br />of the State of Florida and any applicable rules of the Issuer to happen, <br />exist and be performed precedent to and in the issuance of this Bond have <br />happened, exist and have been performed as so required. <br />This Bond shall not be valid or become obligatory for any purpose or <br />be entitled to any benefit or security under the Indenture until it -shall have <br />been authenticated by the execution by the Registrar and Paying Agent (defined <br />herein) of the Certificate of Authentication endorsed hereon. <br />B -Z <br />
