• <br />payable solely from the Revenues (defined herein). The issuer shall not <br />be obligated to pay this Bond or the interest hereon except from the <br />revenues and proceeds pledged therefor, and neither the faith and credit <br />nor the taxing power of the Issuer or of the State of Florida or of any <br />political subdivision thereof is pledged to the payment of the principal <br />of or the interest on this Bond. [The Issuer has no taxing power.) <br />All acts, conditions and things required by the Constitution and <br />laws of the State of Florida and any applicable rules of the Issuer to <br />happen, exist and be performed precedent to and in the issuance of this <br />Bond have happened, exist and have been performed as so required. <br />This Bond shall not be valid or become obligatory for any purpose or <br />be entitled to any benefit or security under the Indenture until it shall <br />have been authenticated by the execution by the Registrar and Paying Agent <br />(defined herein) of the Certificate of Authentication endorsed hereon. <br />A-2 <br />
