AS <br />ASSISTANT99 OR OF UTILITIES <br />DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />RESOLUTION TO REIMBURSE EXPENDITURES FROM FUTURE <br />TAX EXEMPT BORROWINGS <br />Attached is a resolution, which is a requirement in order to be <br />able to reimburse for funds expended to construct the - C.R. 510 <br />Force Main from the beach area to U.S. Highway One. <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends approval <br />of the attached resolution. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution No. 95-160 establishing intent to <br />reimburse certain expenditures in connection with <br />the C.R. 510 Force Main from the Beach Area to U.S. <br />Highway One from the proceeds of future bonds <br />issues, as recommended in the memorandum. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95- 160 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY# FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING ITS INTENT <br />TO REIMBURSE CERTAIN EXPENDITURES IN CONNECTION WITH <br />THE C.R. 510 FORCE MAIN FROM THE BEACH AREA TO U.S. <br />HIGHWAY ONE FROM THE PROCEEDS OF FUTURE BOND ISSUES, <br />AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County, Florida (the County) expects <br />to make certain expenditures in connection with the C.R. 510 <br />Force Main from the Beach Area to U.S. Highway One Project <br />of the County; and, <br />24 <br />December 19, 1995 <br />
