AS <br />ASSISTANT TOR OF UTILITIES <br />DEPAR OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />RESOLUTION TO REIMBURSE EXPENDITURES FROM FUTURE <br />TAX EXEMPT BORROWINGS <br />Attached is a resolution, which is a requirement in order to be <br />able to reimburse for funds expended to construct the water <br />expansion plan - 26th Street Water Main. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends approval <br />of the attached resolution. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution No. 95-161 establishing intent to <br />reimburse certain expenditures in connection with <br />the 26th Street Water Main Extension from the <br />proceeds of future bonds issues, as recommended in <br />the memorandum. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95- 161 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING ITS INTENT <br />TO REIMBURSE CERTAIN EXPENDITURES IN CONNECTION WITH <br />THE 26TH STREET WATER MAIN EXTENSION FROM THE PROCEEDS <br />OF FUTURE BOND ISSUES, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County, Florida (the County) expects <br />to make certain expenditures in connection with the 26th <br />Street Water Main Extension Project of the County; and, <br />WHEREAS, the County intends to reimburse itself for said <br />expenditures from the proceeds of future bond issues; <br />27 <br />December 19, 1995 BOON 96 .Pl1rF 79 7 <br />
