MRCHT, -Chairman <br />T1me and Place (Second Reso.) <br />2/7/95 (ENG) RES2.MAG\g& <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95- 16 7 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, SETTING A TIME AND PLACE AT WHICH <br />THE OWNERS OF PROPERTY ON 9TH PLACE AND 21ST <br />AVENUE IN BLOCK VILLA SUBDIVISION AND OTHER <br />INTERESTED PERSONS MAY APPEAR BEFORE THE <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND BE <br />HEARD AS TO THE PROPRIETY AND ADVISABILITY <br />OF MAKING PAVING AND DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO SAID PROPERTY AS TO THE <br />COST THEREOF, AS TO THE MANNER OF PAYMENT <br />THEREFOR, AND AS TO THE AMOUNT THEREOF TO <br />BE SPECIALLY ASSESSED AGAINST EACH PROPERTY <br />BENEFITED THEREBY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, <br />by Resolution No.9 5 -16 6 , determined that it is necessary for the public welfare <br />of the citizens of the county, and particularly as to those living, working, and owning <br />property within the area described herein, that paving and drainage improvements <br />be made to said property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has caused an assessment roll <br />to be completed and filed with the Clerk to the Board; and <br />73 <br />December 19, 1995 <br />Sao.
