RESOLUTION NO. 88- 22 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FLORIDA, <br />APPOINTING A MEMBER OF THE INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY BUILDING CODE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND <br />APPEALS, TO FILL A VACANCY CREATED BY <br />RESIGNATION. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has established a Board <br />called the Building Code Board of Adjustment and Appeals by <br />Ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, that Ordinance calls for appointments to the <br />Building Code Board of Adjustment and Appeals to be by <br />Resolution of the County Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 4-32 of the Indian River County Code <br />of Laws and Ordinance calls for one member of the Board to <br />also be a representative of the Board of Zoning Adjustments; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Dorothy A. Hudson has served in the dual <br />capacity of a member of the Board of Zoning Adjustment and <br />also the representative to the Building Code Board of <br />Adjustment and Appeals; and <br />WHEREAS, Dorothy A. Hudson by letter of March 25, 1988 <br />has resigned from the Building Code Board of Adjustment and <br />Appeals prior to the end of her term of office on that <br />Board; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />John Kirchner is hereby appointed to be the <br />representative from the Board of Zoning Adjustments who <br />shall also sit as an appointed member of the Building Code <br />Board of Adjustment and Appeals for the balance of the term <br />of Dorothy A. Hudson, which term expires in January of 1991. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Eggert —--------- --- <br />who moved its adoption.
