ONE, LOT 20, BLOCK "K" <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an 'easem as <br />described below, and <br />WHEREAS, the Grantee has agreed to install a <br />culvert in the easement for drainage control, subject to <br />approval by the County Engineer regarding size, length, <br />type, and placemento <br />WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the <br />easement serves no public purpose, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />This release of a portion of an easement is <br />executed by Indian River County, Florida, a political <br />subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address <br />is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br />Rustic Dimension, Incorporated, a Florida Corporation, their <br />successors in interest, hears and assigns, whose mailing <br />address is 450 38th Court, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, <br />Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, <br />title, and interest that it may have in the following <br />described easement portion: <br />SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND <br />INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commis- <br />sioner Wheeler , seconded by Commissioner <br />Eggert , and adopted on the 26th day of <br />July_, 1988, by the following votes <br />Commissioner Scurlock Aye <br />DOC.
