Keating/Je£erson <br />FEERES.DOC17/88SII <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88- 46 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />ESTABLISHING A REVISED SCHEDULE OF FEES AND <br />CHARGES FOR REVIEWS, PERMITS, PUBLICATIONS, <br />AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE PLANNING <br />DIVISION OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />DEPARTMENT. <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 125.01, F.S. provides Indian River County <br />with the authority to charge a fee to recover all or part of the <br />cost of processing applications, distributing publications, and <br />providing certain services; and <br />WHEREAS, the Indian River County Planning Department staff <br />has done an analysis to determine the costs of processing <br />applications, distributing publications, and providing services; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed fees do not exceed the costs estimated <br />for those functions, <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that: <br />The schedule of fees and charges described in Exhibit <br />"A" and attached hereto is hereby approved and made <br />effective on August 1, 1988.
