The <br />Initial owner and occupant of such facility will be <br />Profold, Inc., a Florida corporation engaged In <br />the manufacture of paper folding equipment. <br />The proposed Industrial development revenue <br />bonds will be payable solely from revenue to be <br />derived by Indian River County from payments <br />to be made by the facility owner under a flnanc- <br />Ing agreement, or such agreements as the <br />County shall approve, between the County and <br />owner of the facility.
