RESOLUTION NO. 88- 56 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY APPROVING A SCHEDULE OF <br />RATES FOR THE SANDRIDGE GOLF CLUB FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />1988-89; AUTHORIZING FUTURE RATE AMENDMENTS BY <br />COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR AND BUDGET DIRECTOR. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The attachment entitled "Fiscal Year 1988-89, Rates <br />and Fees" shall be adopted as the official rates and fees <br />for Sandridge Golf Course for the referenced fiscal year. <br />2. The rates and fees may be amended at any time by <br />approval of the County Administrator and Budget Director, <br />providing that the bond covenants contained in Resolution <br />No. 85-78 are satisfied. These covenants require the County <br />to keep fees and rates at a level to provide in each year <br />gross revenue sufficient to pay 100% of all operation and <br />maintenance costs and all reserve and other payments <br />required in the bond resolution. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Eggert_M_— and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Bird ------ and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Gary C. Wheeler Absent <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner Margaret C. Bowman Aye <br />Commissioner Carolyn K.
