Division 1— General Requirements, IRC -1707 <br />SECTION 01820 - POST FINAL INSPECTION <br />1.1 GENERAL <br />A. Approximately one year after Final Completion, the OWNER will make arrangements with <br />the Project Manager and the CONTRACTOR for a post final inspection and will send a <br />written notice to said parties to inform them of the date and time of the inspection. <br />B. Corrections of defective work noted by OWNER and Project Manager shall comply with <br />the applicable sections of Article 13, General Conditions. <br />C.
