RESOLUTION NO. 2022-067 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING <br />A FINAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023 FOR CERTAIN <br />NONTAXING FUNDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has held the <br />necessary budget hearings as provided by Florida law, has considered all expenditures set forth <br />in the budgets, and now determines that adoption of the budgets is in the best interest of the <br />citizens of Indian River County; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board of County <br />Commissioners hereby adopts the budgets set forth for the following funds: <br />Special Revenue Funds $ 37,567,831 <br />Other Debt Service Fund $ 500,000 <br />Capital Projects $ 40,411,586 <br />Enterprise Funds $ 68,429,370 <br />Internal Service Funds $ 46,686,966 <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Flescher , and the <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner O' Bryan and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Peter D. O'Bryan AYE <br />Vice Chairman Joseph H. Earman AYE <br />Commissioner Susan Adams AYE <br />Commissioner Joseph E.
