RESOLUTION No. 74-42 <br />WHEREAS, This Board did adopt a Building Code Ordinance, and <br />40 <br />WHEREAS, said Ordinance does provide for this Board by Resolu- <br />tion to appoint a Board of Adjustment and Appeals and to establish terms <br />of office for the members, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Board of <br />Adjustment and Appeals of the City of Vero Beach, Florida, is hereby <br />appointed the Board of Adjustment and Appeals for Indian River County, <br />Florida, and the terms of the members thereof shall be the same as <br />established by the City of Vero Beach, Florida. <br />
