Work Order No. 54 <br />901h Avenue & Oslo Road <br />Corridor Improvements <br />WORK ORDER NUMBER 54 <br />90TH AVENUE & OSLO ROAD CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENTS <br />This Work Order Number 54 is entered into as of this 13th day of September <br />2022, pursuant to that certain Continuing Consulting Engineering Services Agreement for <br />Professional Services entered into as of this 17th day of April, 2018 (collectively referred to as <br />the "Agreement"), by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State <br />of Florida ("COUNTY") and KIMLEY-HORN AND ASSOCIATES, INC. ("Consultant"). <br />The COUNTY has selected the Consultant to perform the professional services set forth on <br />Exhibit A (Scope of Work), attached to this Work Order and made part hereof by this reference. <br />The professional services will be performed by the Consultant for the fee schedule set forth in <br />Exhibit B (Fee Schedule), attached to this Work Order and made a part hereof by this reference. <br />The Consultant will perform the professional services within the timeframe more particularly <br />set forth in Exhibit C (Time Schedule), attached to this Work Order and made a part hereof by <br />this reference all in accordance with the terms and provisions set forth in the Agreement. <br />Pursuant to paragraph 1.4 of the Agreement, nothing contained in any Work Order shall conflict <br />with the terms of the Agreement and the terms of the Agreement shall be deemed to be <br />incorporated in each individual Work Order as if fully set forth herein. <br />EXHIBIT A — SCOPE OF WORK <br />The County desires to improve 90th Avenue to a 2 -lane rural roadway with paved <br />shoulders between 13th Street SW and Oslo Road, approximately 3,000 linear feet. 13th Street <br />SW is proposed to be improved between 90th Avenue and 86th Avenue SW by the Florida <br />Department of Transportation (FDOT) in conjunction with the Oslo Road/1-95 interchange <br />improvements. In addition to improving 90th Avenue, Oslo Road will be improved to a 2 -lane <br />rural roadway with paved shoulders between 901h Avenue and the western terminus of the <br />FDOT Oslo Road improvements, approximately 1,600 linear feet. <br />All improvements are contemplated to designed within existing County right-of-way. Both <br />corridors are proposed to have linear stormwater management facilities located within the <br />existing County right-of-way. No pedestrian improvements are anticipated to be contemplated <br />within either corridor. <br />A. Topographic Design Survey: <br />The Consultant will provide topographic design survey services necessary to support and <br />facilitate contemplated design and permitting activities associated with this project. This task <br />will consist of the preparation of digital base map topographic surveys in accordance with the <br />Standards of Practice, established by the Board of Professional Surveyors and Mappers, Chapter <br />Page] of 8 <br />
